Design Intelligence LLC ("Design Intelligence," "we," "us") is an architecture studio located at 423 N. 7th St. Unit B, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901. This policy describes how we handle information collected through designintelstudio.com (the "Site"). Questions: jonathan@designintelstudio.com.

Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and project details when you contact us or request a consultation; and your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referral source, collected through cookies and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, send occasional updates or newsletters, and understand how visitors use the Site.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and where applicable law requires, we honor recognized browser opt-out preference signals. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business — such as website hosting (Framer), analytics (Google), and email services — and only as necessary for them to perform those functions, or where required by law.

Purchases of our books or software made through third-party platforms are governed by those platforms' own privacy policies; we do not receive your payment card information.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; contact us and we will honor applicable requests.

8. Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page.
